Verification looks at signals available to us to help confirm that a member is presenting themselves honestly. We don't publish the underlying methodology, but the result is simple: a clear verification status on a profile, current within the last seven days.
What verification is — and isn't
It is: a transparency signal that supports your own judgment when getting to know someone.
It is: refreshable — members can request a new verification at any time.
It isn't: a guarantee that a person is who or what they claim, or that a relationship will succeed.
It isn't: a claim that Astral Match eliminates scams or fraudulent profiles. No system can promise that.
Requesting a fresh verification
Circumstances change. Members will be able to request a fresh verification directly from their profile once the platform is live — no need to start from scratch.
